Group Schedule

Just received this last night...

Feb. 25: All families arrive Chongqing. Guides pick you up from airport and transfer you to Habor Plaza Hotel.(Every family's arrival times and flight numbers have been given to you guide. If you arrived early than 25th, you will still be picked up by our guide. IF there should be any changes or delays for your flights, please try to contact your guides so they can re-arrange airport picking ups. Guide's phone number will be posted on the group soon.)

Feb. 26: Morning, at hotel conference room, families fill all theadoption forms. Afternoon, our bus will take everyone to CivilAffair for Gotcha! Take family picture and do registrations. We will try to arrange a meeting for families to meet with orphanage directers. (if you have gifts, you may bring yourgifts to Civil Affair. For people work in Civil Affair andorphanage.) If you have a question you want to ask your baby's nannyor director, this would be the time unless we can arrange the meetingwith orphanage people. Your guide should be able to let you know that.

Feb. 27: Your guides will take you to shop for baby needs. Familybonding time in the afternoon.

Feb. 28: In the morning, our bus and guides will take you to Chongqing Zoo. It is famous for its pandas(over 10 pandas). Logan is going to love this

Mar. 1: In the morning, guides will take you to visitPeople Square and Ceremony Hall. Afternoon free.

Mar. 2: In the morning, all families will be at the conference roomto fill all the forms for American Consulate. Afternoon free

Mar. 3: Your guide XiXi will take the group to Guanzhou with CZ3416 at 11:40am.

Mar. 4: Pearl River Cruise with Hunan groups together to celebrate Lantern Festerval! Dinner included. This sounds awesome!

Mar. 5: At 10am, guides will take the group for Visa photo taken andbaby medical check. Free in the afternoon.

Mar. 6: At 9am, your guide will go for your CA, one family memberneed to stay in the room in case need to be reached by guide. At11:30am, at Whiteswan second floor famous Red Couch for group pictures. Afternoon free.

Mar. 7: Our bus will take everyone at 2:30pm to US Consulate forSwearing Ceremony and wait for Visa ready. Families who will take CZ327 at 9pm or families who are planning to take train to Hongkong, please check out at your hotel before going to Consulate. Your guide will let you know where to put your luggage. After the child's American Visa ready, you will be taken to airport or train station.
