Brown Envelope

We might be one of those that does not get the famous "brown envelope". Some get it before they are DTC depending on when the I-171H is sent to Guangzhou. I inquired today through some of the yahoo groups I'm on and I've had replies that either they didn't get one, got it before DTC date or it took about 1 1/2 months to get it. We got our I-171H on 8/5 so it's been over 1 1/2 months for us. HFS needs the GUZ# if we get it but I have been told there is no need to worry if it doesn't come.
