We wanted more children so we waited, unlucky, decided to adopt, we finished the paperwork, we're paper pregnant, and SURPRISE - we're also expecting biological twins. This blog is our life with three tots the same age and an older brother.
I just found out no one from Harrah's has received LID's since July's group. I've seen other agencies giving out LID's to DTC dates after mine. This doesn't make any sense to me why some agencies get them and the others do not. Hopefully this will be cleared up soon.

My understanding is that CCAA doesn't freely give information about LID to agencies. My agency, for example NEVER gets LID information! Other agencies might have contacts at CCAA that give them this tidbit of info. But that source might not always be able to do it.
