US Consulate in Guangzhou

I was informed today that I could email The US Consulate in Guangzhou and let them know we did not received our brown envelope. http://www.usembassy-china.org.cn/guangzhou/acivu/ My guess is ours was lost during our move with the change of address, so I sent an email off this morning requesting another brown envelope.
